Job Description
Emburse is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to manage core HR processes, ensure efficient operations, and provide excellent customer support. The role involves administering HRIS, supporting employee lifecycle management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Proficiency in Spanish is required.

- Maintain HRIS data integrity.
- Administer end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Support open enrollment communications and data validation.
- Coordinate performance review cycles.
- Maintain and audit employee records.
- Collaborate with Finance and Compensation to align payroll and benefits.
