Job Description
We are seeking an Instructional Assistant to supervise the daily activities of participants in the DREAM program, supporting them with developmental disabilities and aiming for success in the program. This role focuses on providing exceptional care, fostering independence, ensuring safety, and upholding organizational policies. - Valid Driver's License
- Valid Auto Insurance Card
- Social Security Card/Passport or Other Approved Identification Verification Document

- Diploma/Transcript
- Tuberculosis Screening (Negative)
- CPR/First Aid Card (Front and Back) – Must Be An IN PERSON Certification
- County Criminal History Record from each county of residence and or employment from the last 3 years.
- State (Limited) Criminal History Report
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities
- Flexible with Scheduling and Availability
- Communication skills
- Instructional Skills
- Adaptability
- Technology Use (Google, email, general web usage)
- Minimum one year of experience working with the IDD population.
