Job Description
Our client, a commercial construction firm located in Cincinnati OH, has an immediate need for a Superintendent II. This is a full-time direct hire position. The Superintendent II effectively directs and supervises all field team members and subcontractors on the jobsite to effectively bring the project to a successful and timely completion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, preferred
- 7 or more years of experience in a field supervision role
- 5+ completed projects, run independently
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Can present well in a client interview
- Healthcare and/or Higher Ed markets, preferred
