Construction Project Manager - Multi-Family position available with a leading construction firm in Columbus, OH. Must have minimum 5 years construction experience, self-starter, and ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Requirements

• Local to Columbus preferred, but also willing to travel as needed
• Minimum 5 years construction experience
• Self-starter
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to communicate effectively with Owners, design professionals, property staff, subcontractors, and tradesman
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Ability to provide estimates for projects as needed
• Ability to develop and maintain construction schedules
• Experience with Large Stick Framed Housing
