Job Description
As a Senior Product Manager at Ema, you will lead the product strategy and execution for Ema's core offerings, reimagining key functions such as customer support, employee support, enterprise search, recruiting, ITSM, and HR Ops using Agentic AI. You will partner with global enterprises to deploy Ema, serving employees and HR teams across 100+ countries.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Product Management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields from a Tier 1 college (IIT/NIT/BITS or equivalent)
- Familiarity with Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic frameworks
- Strong product sense and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex ideas to C-suite stakeholders and build strong relationships with global enterprise customers
