Job Description
EL1 Softball instructors develop and deliver top-level instruction for youth athletes of all levels, from beginner to advanced, in various instructional programs. They work with MLB, building relationships with athletes, families, and coaches. The role involves maintaining equipment, attending staff meetings, and providing age-appropriate content.
Requirements
- Played or coached at the collegiate and/or professional level
- Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructional plans and station rotations
- Supportive and encouraging mindset
- Learning and utilizing technologies
- Frequent local travel
