Job Description
EL1 Sports is seeking an Assistant Instructor to join their Mobile team, delivering top-level instruction to youth athletes in baseball and softball. This is a seasonal position running from June through September, ideal for summer employment in a dynamic sports environment. Potential for continued opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience playing and/or coaching baseball or softball (Minimum of High School experience preferred)
- Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructional plans and adapt them to diverse group needs
- Supportive and encouraging mindset
- Eagerness to learn and collaborate with experienced instructors
- Team, camp/clinic, and small group setting participation
