IT Support Officer

The IT Support Officer will provide technical troubleshooting, support business-critical software, and contribute to the achievement of the IT Support department's goals.

Requirements

• ΙΕΚ/TEI Computer Science degree
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365
• Basic knowledge of managing local LAN/WiFi networks
• Good knowledge of computer hardware
• Very good communication skills in English language
• Technology literate with basic knowledge of office automation and remote support tools
• Experience in providing application support for business-related software and user-facing applications
• Team spirit and collaborative mindset
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple incidents
• Good knowledge of asset management
• Client Oriented attitude
