The IT Support Officer will provide technical troubleshooting, support business-critical software, and contribute to the achievement of the IT Support department's goals.
Requirements
- ΙΕΚ/TEI Computer Science degree
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Basic knowledge of managing local LAN/WiFi networks
- Good knowledge of computer hardware
- Very good communication skills in English language
- Technology literate with basic knowledge of office automation and remote support tools
- Experience in providing application support for business-related software and user-facing applications
- Team spirit and collaborative mindset
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple incidents
- Good knowledge of asset management
- Client Oriented attitude
