Elms Interior Design, a thriving interior design firm, is seeking a talented Interior Design Project Manager to join their team in Boston, Massachusetts. The role involves managing residential projects from inception to installation, handling contractors, and designing concepts and schedules. The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management skills, a strong design sense, and be collaborative.

Requirements

• Manage residential projects from conception to completion.
• Production of construction and design drawing sets.
• Develop design concepts, color, lighting and furnishings.
• Create and maintain schedules, budget spreadsheets, proposals and purchase orders.
• Construction management and coordination of furnishings.
• Review contractor/vendor documents.
• Knowledge of design processes (FF&E, specifications, finish/material selections).
