Job Description
Material Handler / Saw Operator position receives, locates, stores, handles, and sets up predetermined material; Operates automatic saw equipment to accurately cut material to customer specification.
Requirements
- Working mechanical knowledge/aptitude applicable with experience
- Able to understand basic correspondence, instructions, rules, policies, graphs, and/or charts
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and use A tape measure and understand fractions
- Vision includes acuity near and far, color, peripheral vision, and depth perception
- Hearing ability to exchange information with co-workers, management, and material handling equipment
- Drive for results including a sense of timing, follow through, focus on priorities, and quality
