Elite is a trusted automation platform for law firm operations. The Sales Alliances, Director is responsible for managing and growing Elite's strategic sales alliance partnerships to drive revenue, pipeline expansion, and market growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in business, sales, marketing, or equivalent experience
- 6–8 years of experience in sales alliances, partnerships, business development, or related roles within SaaS or enterprise technology
- Strong proficiency and understanding of enterprise SaaS sales cycles and partner co-sell motions
- Proven ability to drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue
- Excellent relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders without direct authority
- Strong analytical skills with experience tracking pipeline and partner performance metrics
