Job Description
We are looking for a motivated, experienced ACA Sales Agent to join our team on-site in Tampa, FL. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a ground-floor department build-out, working closely with leadership to shape structure, strategy, and performance metrics while helping clients access affordable healthcare coverage through the marketplace.
Requirements
- Active Florida 2-15 Life, Health & Annuities License
- Proven experience in insurance sales or call center management
- Strong knowledge of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and marketplace plan dynamics
- Ability to design and interpret performance metrics (KPIs)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
