The Account Manager is responsible for helping to develop and manage client relationships by maintaining client expectations and ensuring the timely and successful delivery of projects according to clients needs and objectives.
Requirements
- Communicate regularly with clients
- Build and maintain strong, long lasting client relationships
- Monitor and communicate daily, monthly, and quarterly changes in project scope
- Track, forecast, and prepare regular reports on account status
- Work closely with Project Managers and cross-functional internal teams
- Lead small to mid-level digital projects
- Assist senior account team on mid-level to large scale projects
- Support campaign-related communications
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure key campaign processes are executed smoothly
- Assist in coordinating cross-functional workflows
- Help create and deliver marketing strategy documentation
- Support the development of proposals and RFP responses for existing and prospective clients
