Requirements

• Greet patients and their families
• Gather patient information and create their files
• Maintain a productive schedule and schedule future appointments
• Confirm patient appointments and update the schedule
• Answer patient questions about insurance and financial arrangements
• Collect and post payments from patients and insurance companies
• Balance nightly deposits and complete credit card processing
