Office Manager (m/w/d)

We are looking for an Office Manager (m/f/d) to lead the Operations Team and oversee facility management tasks for a large law firm in Cologne.

Requirements

• Completed commercial education or qualification from the real estate or office sector
• Business administration study with experience in facility or real estate management
• Further training in project management or occupational safety
• Practical experience in managing buildings
• High organizational competence and developed communication skills
• Team-oriented and safe appearance as well as broad technical understanding
• Safe handling of common office programs such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
