GTM Sourcer

ElevenLabs is a research and product company defining the frontier of audio AI. We're looking for a GTM Sourcer to join our global Talent team and play a key role in building the go-to-market engine behind ElevenLabs. You'll focus on sourcing exceptional revenue, partnerships, and growth talent across regions.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience sourcing top 1% of GTM talent: Account Executives, SDRs, Customer Success, Partnerships, Solutions, or other revenue-facing roles.
• Comfortable operating in high-volume, fast-paced, geographically diverse searches — you stay sharp and focused even when handling many moving parts across regions.
• Strong sourcing fundamentals: expert use of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, social channels, market mapping, and signal-based targeting.
• Ability to understand regional nuances - especially in EMEA, the Americas, and emerging markets - and adapt outreach and strategies accordingly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — crisp, compelling outreach that resonates with commercial candidates.
• Highly motivated, analytical, and excited about solving complex talent problems with a first-principles mindset.
