Senior Process Analyst

Elevations Credit Union is seeking a Senior Process Analyst to lead complex process improvement initiatives and champion enterprise-wide performance excellence. The role requires expertise in Lean Six Sigma, business process management, and change leadership, as well as the ability to perform statistical analysis and drive data-driven decision making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree OR 4+ years of related experience
• 7+ years of experience in process improvement, business process management, continuous improvement, or similar
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (or equivalent process improvement certification) or greater
• Experience designing and implementing business process management strategies at the organizational level
• Proven expertise in advanced statistical analysis, data modeling, and process optimization
• Experience mentoring or coaching others in process improvement
• Strong presentation skills and ability to interface at all levels of the organization
