This Talent Acquisition & HR Partner role focuses on scaling the team and strengthening the people foundation within a portfolio company. The role involves end-to-end hiring, partner with founders and hiring managers, build a talent pipeline, and ensure employee engagement. It's ideal for driven individuals comfortable with startups and lean processes.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of combined experience in Talent Acquisition and HR
- Proven track record of independently closing multiple tech and non-tech roles
- Hands-on with modern HR and recruiting tools (ATS, HRIS, GSuite, Slack, Notion, etc.)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, data-driven, and people-first mindset
- Experience in employer branding or campus programs
