Lead/Head - Business Operations (10 to 18 years from FinTech/InsurTech)

This role is for a Lead/Head of Business Operations, focusing on scaling operational excellence, managing key processes, and delivering seamless customer experiences. Requirements

• 10+ years in complex, high-volume operations
• Experience in financial services / fintech / insurance industry is preferred
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience of people management
• Strong analytical, process design, and systems thinking capabilities
• Hands-on experience in process automation tools, dashboards, and MIS reporting
• Strong leadership and planning skills
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to design and implement systems that scale with speed and precision
