Job Description
Elevation Capital is seeking a CTO/CAIO to lead its AI-first transformation, building frameworks, models, and data ecosystems to power its global companies and UHNW family office. The role involves designing and deploying AI and automation systems to transform legacy workflows, compress timelines, and unlock new profit pools.
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience
- 5+ years in a CTO, Head of AI, or equivalent senior role
- Experience with executive level reporting and hands-on doer
- Significant experience hiring in multi business/cross function businesses
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI and machine learning productization
- 5+ years operating within fast-paced, founder-led or entrepreneur-driven environments
