Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a clinical setting
• Expertise in developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive programming for children with ASD
• Understanding of Verbal Behavior, Natural Environment Teaching (NET), and Discrete Trail Teaching (DTT)
• Knowledge of trauma-assumed care and skills-based treatment
• Passion for early intervention and research-based practices
• Teamwork and proactive problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with maladaptive behavior
