Head of Prep School / Primary School Principal

This full-time position is available at an international school in Chengdu, Sichuan, China. The Head of Prep School (or Primary School Principal) will lead daily operations, curriculum development, and staff management. The school focuses on a British-style education with a bilingual learning environment, promoting student well-being and global awareness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant university major
• At least 3 years’ experience in the same role/management
• Holding of QTS, and experience in bilingual/international schools
• Strong knowledge of primary curricula EYFS/KS1/KS2
• Experience supporting or leading a primary team
• Commitment to student welfare and staff growth
