AP Coordinator / High School Team Lead

We are looking for an AP Coordinator / High School Team Lead for an international school based in Shenzhen. This is a full-time position available with an immediate start. The role combines instructional leadership, cross-team coordination, and classroom teaching, and includes responsibilities such as leading and mentoring the high school teaching team, overseeing the AP program, and teaching a minimum of 15 periods per week.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Education or a related field
• Current teaching certification
• 5+ years of classroom experience; AP or other international curricula strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience in coordination, team leadership, or curriculum management
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with College Board platforms and AP policies/procedures, including exam administration
