Job Description
Coordinate project schedules, perform contractor schedule reviews, evaluate contract change orders, and conduct construction/project site visits. Analyze schedule delays, costs, and actual expenditures. Prepare cost loaded schedules and communicate effectively with management.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in project or program scheduling on large construction programs
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration or other related field
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera Scheduling Software, MS Office Applications
- Knowledge of cost engineering and scheduling
- Experience with time impact analysis, construction claims, and change orders
