Requirements
- Work on standard documentation and monitor its implementation in all projects
- Support Project Managers during SHOM to review specs and find any leakage in CLM vs M3
- Promforce adaption and alignment for forecast accuracy and data management
- Backlog conversion and alignment with Sales team to review monthly
- Customer Satisfaction Survey and timely resolution of grievances
- Supporting customer implementations, documenting and communicating status, and constantly seeking ways to improve processes and documentation
- Meeting the Company's revenue goals by searching for projects to be pulled forward into fiscal year quarters
- Managing projects, taking charge of implementations, and providing guidance and support to customers
- Understanding basic revenue models and P/L, forecasting requirements, preparing an annual forecast, and analyzing variances
- Performing onsite inspections to ensure compliance with site readiness requirements
- Reviewing and producing site-specific drawings
- Creating and updating building progress reports
- Keeping accurate records of customer correspondence and communication
- Communicating status of implementations to Order Administration, Installation and Application teams
- Ensuring project resource requirements are booked according to deliverables
- Analyzing upcoming installations and shipments in terms of product mix and revenue
- Implementing modifications to process/documentation to increase efficiency and improve customer satisfaction
- Generating, editing, and maintaining product-specific documentation
- Generating or assisting in the generation of proposals
- Collaborating technical and management knowledge, process & best practice on Project Management for Elekta Products
