Procurement Manager

We are looking for a Procurement Manager to join our Brachy and Neuro BL procurement departments. As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing local sourcing strategies for allocated commodities, leading supplier negotiations, and monitoring supplier performance.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of education and work experience with technical products
• Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) certification desirable
• 5-10 years of experience in an international production and supply setting, with a focus on purchasing and contracting for direct materials
• Professional proficiency in Dutch and English
• Experience managing supplier quality and driving supplier development initiatives
• Strong understanding of sourcing strategy development and financial principles
• Proficiency with procurement and quality systems
• Excellent negotiation skills and experience managing suppliers and stakeholders across different seniority levels and geographies
• Experience in contract management and understanding of contractual law
• Strong planning and organizational skills
