Requirements
- Own and manage escalated cases from regional support teams.
- Troubleshoot complex product issues in live clinical environments.
- Prioritize system-down cases to minimize clinical disruption.
- Collaborate with business lines and global technical groups.
- Mentor colleagues and share knowledge across teams.
- Create and deliver Knowledge Articles and Field Change Orders.
- Support rollout of new products and features.
- Lead and contribute to internal projects and initiatives.
- Represent Elekta in internal and external meetings.
- Travel occasionally, sometimes at short notice.
