Email Deliverability Specialist

Eleken is looking for an Email Deliverability Specialist to ensure our email infrastructure is healthy, our sender reputation is strong, and our campaigns consistently land in the inbox. The role involves managing and resolving email deliverability issues, communicating with internal teams, and analyzing deliverability cases to provide effective solutions.

Requirements

• Manage and resolve various email deliverability issues (spam blocks, blacklists, spam complaints, domain reputation drops, etc.)
• Ensure uninterrupted email distribution across projects
• Communicate with internal teams to address their issues, questions, and requests
• Analyze deliverability cases and provide the most effective solutions for the business
• Assist with mailbox warm-ups, DNS settings optimization, and bounce log analysis
• Monitor the health and stability of our mailboxes
• Prepare regular reports on deliverability performance and recommendations for improvements
