Job Description
We are seeking an LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse Team Leader to join our interdisciplinary team at Elderwood at Wheatfield. As an LPN, you will be responsible for managing the daily clinical regimen of each resident and sub-acute patient, and will have the opportunity to gain extensive clinical experience and provide advanced care in a home-like setting.
Requirements
- State LPN license required
- Credentials as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) with a current state license required
- LPN Training and work experience in a geriatric setting preferred
