Job Description
Elderwood at Waverly is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide personal and compassionate care in a supportive team environment. LPNs will be responsible for administering medications, directing personal care duties, and monitoring the progress of residents.
Requirements
- Administer medications and treatments to assigned residents as ordered by physician
- Direct and monitor the personal care duties and nursing care procedures carried out by Nursing Assistants
- Assist Nursing Assistants with direct care of residents
- Report unusual symptoms, changes of condition, daily needs, and progress of residents to Unit Manager/Assistant Unit Manager or Charge Nurse Supervisor
