The company is seeking an experienced Mechanical Component Specialist for NPI at the IDF and research facilities. This role involves full product development responsibility from concept to delivery, with a focus on production standards, quality, safety, and compliance. The specialist will collaborate with developers, teams, and IDF facilities to build and maintain systems.

Requirements

• Identification and characterization of failure factors
• Assembly of IDF, facilities and research facilities
• Close collaboration with developers
• Knowledge of electronics, computers, communication equipment, RF equipment, and dynamic systems
• Knowledge of marking methods and electronic equipment
• Sheet metal procedures and electronic equipment
• Strong written or paper proficiency (Hebrew), English at a good level with a focus on technical English
