We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shift Coordinator to oversee our production lines during assigned shifts. In this critical role, you will work to optimize production efficiency, ensure product quality and safety, and support the well-being and performance of our people on the shop floor.
Requirements
- Organize and coordinate the daily work schedule, based on the production plan, in collaboration with your Supervisor and the Planning Department.
- Supervise production operations during your assigned shift, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Monitor compliance with health & safety standards and ensure high-quality output.
- Ensure that all team members have the proper tools, uniforms, and personal protective equipment.
- Identify training needs and support the onboarding and development of new employees.
- Monitor the operation of production lines and report technical issues to the Supervisor and Maintenance team.
- Maintain accurate daily reports and communicate any deviations or production issues.
