Workday HRIS Analyst (Security and Reporting)

We are seeking a Workday HRIS Analyst (Security and Reporting) to support and maintain the Global Human Resource Information System, Workday and is responsible for the development and the maintenance of Workday Reports, Dashboards and Scorecards.

Requirements

• Develop, test, and maintain Workday Reports, Dashboards, and Scorecards
• Ensure data is accurately analyzed and interpreted
• Respond to, manage, and fulfill ad-hoc reporting requests
• Troubleshoot and solution data mapping/reporting discrepancies
• Implements security requirements, design, configuration, workflow, testing training, auditing, implementation and administration of Workday basic and advanced security
• Participate in testing and implementing system upgrades and rollout of new features
• Identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives
