Senior Assistant - P2P

The Senior Assistant - P2P will be responsible for understanding and processing all activities related to the Procure to Pay cycle, ensuring execution according to Elanco Standards & Rules within internal controls.

Requirements

• Administers the accounts payable process
• Reviews cost and payable accounts of the general ledger
• Participates in vendor/providers management
• Provides excellent service for reimbursing employees' expenses
• Ensures process documentation and controls
• Participates in monthly and quarterly closing procedures
• Prepares and executes monthly journal entries
• Participates in ad hoc projects as needed
