The Financial Analyst is responsible for providing analytical support to the Financial Planning team and to management. This role delivers strategic insights to support key business decisions, prepares management reports, operational budgets, business plans, and operational and financial analysis and forecasts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge and experience in the accounting, audit firm, banking or finance industry
- Experience working with financial models, NPV, IRR and sensitivity analysis
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to contribute reports and financial recommendations
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment
- Advanced knowledge in Windows and Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as JD Edwards, Oracle Fusion among others
- Fully Bilingual (English & Spanish), both orally and written
