Experience Generation Specialist

eko is an innovative e-commerce startup dedicated to empowering brands to create, display, and optimize their video assets across digital platforms. We are seeking a detail-oriented Experience Generation Specialist to join our Creative Automation & Delivery team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in video production, e-commerce, digital content creation, or content library management
• Strong understanding of video production workflows and post-production processes
• Experience with automation tools and workflow management systems
• Experience with digital asset management (DAM) systems and data workflows
• Proficiency in working with templates and structured data formats
• Ability to translate creative concepts into technical specifications
• Familiarity with the application of generative AI for content processing and creation
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex workflows
• Excellent written communication skills for creating clear, actionable instructions
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong analytical skills to identify patterns in quality issues and system performance
