Requirements

• Sourcing and complete deployment of the recruitment process
• Writing and publishing job postings on relevant job boards
• Selection of incoming applications and direct approach on certain profiles
• Evaluation of candidates during the HR interview
• Organization of interviews and regular debriefing with candidates and hiring managers
• Job offers and follow-up of the organization of onboarding for your recruited candidates
• Understanding the needs of the teams and helping them to identify the best candidates
• Ensuring the best candidate experience by paying particular attention to qualitative feedback between each interview
