Education Content Manager (m/f/d) (100% Remote, Europe)

We are seeking a creative and technically strong Education Content Manager (m/f/d) to join our team to support the development of learning offers for the European Raw Materials and Advanced Materials Academies.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in pedagogy design for adult learners
• Technical capabilities to build learning offers through a variety of technical tools
• Ability to link learning outcomes to evaluation strategies
• Proven track record in educational program design and storyboarding
• Proven mastery in educational content development using the Articulate Suite, VYOND and/or Camtasia
• Basic understanding of graphic design/video editing tools in the Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to publish SCORM modules and debug issues with SCORM packages
• Experience in VET education
• Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects
• Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English
