Job Description
EIT RawMaterials is seeking a Communications and Marketing Specialist to provide hands-on support for communications, marketing, and event-related activities across the EIT RawMaterials Education portfolio. The role ensures seamless execution of campaigns, social media, and content management, and supports the Communications and Marketing Manager on strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and brand positioning.
Requirements
- 3-4 years' experience in communications, marketing, or project coordination
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Well-versed with social media trends and tools
- Proficiency with CMS tools (WordPress or similar), social scheduling tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Sproutsocial, Brandwatch, etc.), and MS Office/Google Suite (Familiarity with GA/GA4/Meta Business Suite is a plus)
- Experience with event support and coordination
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (creative writing is a plus)
- Familiarity with agency functions or the education/innovation ecosystem is a strong advantage
