Customer Support Representative

Eightcap is seeking a Customer Support Representative to support new accounts, respond to client queries, and maintain relationships with existing clients in the LATAM region. This role focuses on inbound customer support, technical assistance, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and English and possess strong analytical and communication skills.
