Oklahoma Cancer Specialists and Research Institute - Chief Operating Officer

Oklahoma Cancer Specialists and Research Institute (OCSRI) is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to manage the clinical operations of the organization, overseeing nursing, radiation oncology, imaging, research, laboratory, advanced practice providers, and safety & compliance. The COO will be responsible for day to day clinical operations, budgeting, patient safety, patient relations, quality initiatives, and strategic planning as a member of the executive team.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of oncology and healthcare regulations
