Mississippi Methodist Rehabilitation Center - Director Inpatient Rehabilitation & Program Director

The Director Inpatient Rehabilitation & Program Director is responsible for the overall clinical quality, integrity, service excellence and financial management of the Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy Services in the inpatient rehabilitation program. The Director will also be responsible for program development, budgeting, productivity management, hiring and supervision of staff, and expense management.

Requirements

• Graduate from a Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech Language Pathology Program
• Must possess and maintain current licensure in the State of Mississippi
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a treating therapist, and a minimum 3 years’ supervisory or management experience
• Previous experience with CARF surveys as part of a team or having primary responsibility for preparing organizations/programs for CARF surveys strongly desired
