Job Description
Egon Zehnder, a leading executive search firm, is seeking a UIX Designer to join the Global Visual Solutions team in Gurgaon, India. The role involves redesigning digital user interfaces for web and mobile applications, collaborating with developers and business stakeholders, and ensuring accessibility standards are met. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with a passion for design and a desire to grow.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design, web design, or graphic design.
- Basic knowledge of accessibility (AX) standards and inclusive design principles.
- Fluent in English with strong communication and storytelling skills.
- Skilled in crafting digital user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
- Understanding of agile product development and cross-functional collaboration
- Validable experience in accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
