Job Description
Egon Zehnder is seeking a Senior Analyst to leverage data and analytics to optimize HR processes. This role will involve developing and maintaining dashboards, building process improvements, and collaborating across global teams to enhance organizational effectiveness. Requirements
- 7–8 years of experience in HR analytics, reporting, or strategic HR roles
- Strong proficiency in Power BI and Workday reporting tools
- Deep understanding of HR processes, KPIs, and data structures
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a global, collaborative environment
