Job Description
Egon Zehnder is seeking a motivated Researcher to join their Research team, serving projects across North America. The role focuses on guiding internal teams in the execution of Executive Search, Board, and Advisory projects. Responsibilities include project planning, client research, delivering high-quality deliverables, and business development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 3 years’ professional work experience
- Demonstrated functional experience in a similar nature (market research, qualitative/legal research, consulting, project planning)
- Experience working in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
- Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication ability
