Animal Care Technician

eGenesis is seeking an Animal Care Technician to provide animal care in accordance with company standards. The role involves maintaining animal welfare, assisting with veterinary procedures, and adhering to biosecurity protocols. The position is rotating with a weekend schedule and requires collaboration with other Farm Operations and Veterinary Staff members.

Requirements

• 0-3+ years of hands-on livestock handling or relevant animal research experience
• Highschool diploma or equivalent, Bachelors degree or Masters degree in relevant animal science field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite is beneficial but not required
• Working knowledge of farm equipment is beneficial
