Job Description
Effortless Office is looking for a skilled and client-focused Network Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting our clients' network infrastructure.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience with Service Provider networking or general telecommunications experience
- CCNA or equivalent is required for this role
- Advanced skills in root-cause analysis, outage remediation, and preventative maintenance
- Experience with cloud networking
- Familiarity with scripting/automation (PowerShell preferred)
- Experience supporting VoIP systems and SD-WAN
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks
- Understanding of ITIL principles and incident management workflows
- Effective oral and written communication; analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently
