Requirements
- Ability to scan information into the patient record via EMR database.
- Ability to log data accurately into Excel Spreadsheet.
- Ability to answer phone calls and record accurate information
- Ability to communicate with outside agencies to obtain documentation needed.
- Perform other related duties and tasks as assigned to ensure team efficiency.
- Ensures departmental adherence to proper infection control, OSHA and safety standards, Maintains work area in a neat, clean and organized manner.
