Customer Success Manager DACH

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to enable our customers to conduct employee surveys independently using our SaaS platform. You will accompany customers throughout their journey and ensure they derive the maximum benefit from our platform.

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of experience in customer success management, onboarding, or account management, ideally in the HR field.
• Strong customer orientation and the ability to build trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders up to C-level.
• Structured, proactive work approach and advanced project management skills.
• Analytical thinking and ability to translate challenges into solutions.
• High technical affinity and willingness to learn new tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent German skills (must-have) and English skills.
