Job Description
Effective School Solutions (ESS) is a leading provider of school-based mental health services for students in New Jersey, serving over 2,000 students in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and West Coast. The licensed school-based mental health clinician (Float Clinician) role involves providing clinical services to students with behavioral and emotional needs in a district near their home, traveling to surrounding districts. This role requires excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Requirements
- Must be willing to travel between numerous districts in their assigned area.
- Must have 3+ years of experience treating children and/or adolescents with significant behavioral and emotional challenges.
- Must hold a clinical license in social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience working with students and families and community health/social service agencies.
